Learning path for admins in Retail POS

This learning path gives store admins the knowledge to run their business with Lightspeed Retail POS.

You’ll begin by getting an overview of the POS and performing its initial setup. As you progress, you’ll learn essentials on outlets and registers, POS settings, as well as how to support your team with daily operations.

By completing all courses, you'll learn to:

• Navigate and setup your Retail POS from scratch
• Enable different payment options, including the Loyalty program
• Set up up taxes
• Create and manage staff accounts
• Manage customer data and create customer groups
